Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of booking for full refund eligibility
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure/service date may qualify for partial refund
• Non-refundable bookings will be clearly marked during the reservation process
• Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process depending on payment method

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

1. Submit refund request through our online portal
2. Include booking reference number and reason for cancellation
3. Wait for confirmation email with RMA number
4. Allow 5-7 business days for request processing

• Special promotional rates
• Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours of service)
• Customized travel packages

Exceptions

Full refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances:

• Documented medical emergencies
• Severe weather conditions affecting travel
• Significant itinerary changes made by service provider
